LP3120是一款低噪音、固定频率的电荷泵DC/DC变换器，使用整倍数转换，在DC-DC应用中提高效率。由此，当输入电压为1.8V~4.5V时，LP3120可提供固定的电压或高至270mA的电流。当输入电压为2.7V~5.5V时，可提供固定的电压或高至270mA的电流。 只需3个外接电容。热关断保护设置，在VOUT到GND持续短路的情况下自我保护。内置的软启动系统有效防止启动时过大电流的冲击。将内部开关频率设定为400KHz，因而能够采用小表面贴装型电容器。关断时负载和VIN断开，从而使静态电流低于1μA。LP3120采用小外型SOT-23-6封装。

    The LP3120 is a high performance charge pump DC/DC converter that produces a regulated 5V output.No external inductor is required for operation. The operating voltage range is 2.8V to V OUT . Internal soft-start circuitry effectively reduces the in-rush current both while start-up and mode change.The LP3120 features very low quiescent current, over current protection and short circuit protection.The LP3120 is available in SOT23-6 package.
