It is the first independent semiconductor AOI business headquarters established by Changchuan technology in China. It is planned that in the next five years, the staff size of Suzhou company will reach 600 and the number of intellectual property applications will exceed 150.

    According to the news released by Suzhou Industrial Park, in the next step, Changchuan technology will focus on the core business of semiconductor AOI detection and measurement, absorb and introduce STI‘s world leading AOI detection technology and ultra nano instrument‘s 3D measurement technology, build an international oriented semiconductor AOI detection equipment R & D and production base, realize the domestic replacement of semiconductor front-end detection equipment, and become a semiconductor wafer detection equipment supplier ranking among the world‘s first echelon.
