(hereinafter referred to as "the transaction") to Howell touch display technology (Shaoxing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Howell"). After this transaction, the company will no longer hold the equity of SRB semiconductor, and the controlling shareholder of SRB semiconductor will become Howe.
According to the data, SRB semiconductor is mainly engaged in technology development, technology transfer, technical consultation, technical services, etc. in the professional fields of electronic products, computer software and hardware, communication equipment and integrated circuits.
According to the contents of the transaction agreement, Dongxin communication transferred 42.8571% of the equity of SRB semiconductor held by it to Howell at the transfer consideration of 107million yuan and signed the relevant equity transfer agreement.
