Since 2017, he has served as the executive vice president of SMIC international technology research and development, responsible for the company‘s R & D and management during his tenure.

    Zhou Meisheng participated in the R & D work of SMIC during his tenure. SMIC said that the patents applied for by Zhou Meisheng during his tenure were not the patents of a single inventor and were all service inventions.
