    The total fund raising scale shall not exceed RMB 100million. The amount raised in the first phase is 71million yuan, and the subsequent fund raising will increase the capital according to the progress of the first phase investment. Among them, the company plans to subscribe 60million yuan with its own funds as a limited partner, accounting for 84.5070% of the total subscribed capital of the fund in the first phase.

    The investment direction of the Fund: it mainly invests in enterprises and funds in the upstream and downstream related fields of the semiconductor industry chain, such as the semiconductor industry and new energy.
