The device is designed for 8-bit MCU applications with a small package size. The package size of 8 to 20 pins includes many peripheral functions and 4-8KB code flash memory. The smallest 8-pin device size is only 3mm x 3mm. These features are designed to maintain a smaller system size and reduce the system cost of industrial, consumer, sensor control, lighting, frequency converter and other application terminals. In addition, its maximum operating ambient temperature of 125 ° C is conducive to the optimization of thermal design and can cover a wider temperature range, allowing the MCU to be used near heating parts such as variable frequency motors.
